VIA32 fully leased to Van Wijnen in Diemen.

 

The Interland Group has reached agreement on a long-term lease agreement with Van Wijnen for the lease of 2,200 sq m of office space and 63 parking spaces in the office building located at office park “Bergwijkpark” at Diemerhof 32 in Diemen.

Van Wijnen has been involved in the transformation of the rented office building. Previously, Van Wijnen renovated the adjacent office building at Diemerhof 20 into Via Amsterdam Hotel. Van Wijnen is currently undergoing a high-quality redevelopment of a third office building owned by the Interland Group at Diemerhof 42 into Tower FortyTwo. This landmark office building is c. 9,500 sq m with 160 on-site parking spaces and will be completed in December 2020.

There is still office space available in this third Tower. After renovation, the three buildings will become united in a landscape through beautiful communal gardens and residential areas.
