The German real estate asset manager Deka Immobilien sold Strawinskylaan 10, a core office asset in Amsterdam. Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc (‘Aviva’), acquired on behalf of one of its clients.

This prime office building is located on the South Axis, the Central Business District of Amsterdam, one of the best-performing office locations in Europe and a hub for international firms in the city.

The asset comprises approximately 8,113 sq. m of modern high quality office space and benefits from BREEAM-NL In-Use "very good" certification. In a surrounding of skyscrapers and large multi-tenant office buildings, Strawinskylaan 10 is unique as it is a stand-alone building, fully occupied by an international law firm - Freshfields, under a long-term lease.
