An international family office acquired a core logistics asset located in Venlo, Netherlands. The asset comprises c.103,000 square metres, is leased for a further 10 years to DSV and benefits from BREEAM 'Excellent' certification.

The asset was acquired by Vestas in 2018 in a sale and leaseback transaction from DSV following the completion of construction. The tenant originally signed up to a 10 year lease but has since extended their occupation such is the importance of this location for their logistics network in the Netherlands.
