NL real estate | Knight Frank provided guidance and advice to D3, a youth care institution, on the sale and leaseback transaction of their accommodation in Borculo. The buildings, totaling c.2,300 sqm f.s.a, serve as reception locations for youngsters who require temporary housing and support in regaining stability in their lives.

D3 offers crisis places, bridging care and long-term stay to young people aged 6 to 18 (and extended youth care 18-23 ), who have a developmental disorder and/or behavioral problems. Due to circumstances they can (temporarily) no longer live at home and no shelter is possible within their own social network. Through integrated care we support these young people to regain control of their lives, with the goal of becoming as full and independent as possible in society. During admission, the young person participates in the group program. In addition, we ensure that the young person is placed as soon as possible within education or another form of day care. Of course, there is also room for sports and games.
