Flux Partners has signed a lease agreement of c. 720 sq m office space as well as 15 parking spaces in the office building “Tower42” at Diemerhof 42 in Diemen. Flux Partners is currently located at Cuserstraat in Amsterdam and will move to Diemen as of June 2021.

Flux Partners will move to the 9th and 10th floors of Tower42 and will have access to an exclusive roof terrace adjacent to the 9th floor.

Flux Partners is a pragmatic, young and dynamic consultancy firm engaged in tendering and project management and has both public and private clients as clients. Customers include the national government, various provinces, but also major contractors such as Boskalis, BAM and Strukton.

Tower42 plays the leading role in the transformation of Diemen. The multi-tenant building will be located in a green enclave surrounded by hotels, restaurants and modern landscape.

Tower42 is a high-quality renovated “Landmark” office building of approx. 9,500 sq m office space with 160 parking spaces on site. The office building is part of a total of three buildings, all of which have been renovated to a high standard and form a unique unit in communal outdoor gardens laid out under landscape architecture. The other two buildings in the park are in use by construction company Van Wijnen for its head office for central Netherlands and Hotel Via Amsterdam. In Tower42 a few floors are still available for rent.
