Gisou has leased c. 1,000 sqm office space in Amsterdam.
Gisou has signed a long term lease agreement of c. 1,000 sqm of office space located at Nieuwe Spiegelstraat 10 (old “Foto Vakschool”) in the center of Amsterdam. The renovation is currently under development and will be completed in Q2 2022. It will be a spectacular building!
Gisou is currently based in Almere and will move into the new location as from Q2 2022. Gisou is the luxury beauty brand of Negin Mirsalehi who started her own hair care line in 2015. The brand, which is based on effects from its own bee garden, is now successfully successful.
Gisou was advised by Van Dijk & Ten Cate. Landhord has been advised by NL real estate – Knight Frank during the entire commercial process.
