Lotus A&B in Rotterdam

Capreon (Lotus Investments S.àr.l.) have sold the Lotus A & B office buildings in Rotterdam to Monarch Alternative Capital LP (“Monarch”) and CK Capital Partners (“CK”).

 The office buildings, located at the George Hintzenweg 81 & 85 in Rotterdam, comprise a lettable floor area of 17,301 square meters and 345 parking spaces. The buildings were completed in 2008 and have a Label A energy efficiency rating. The buildings are leased to ABB, Hyundai and Royal Haskoning.

Monarch and CK Capital were advised by Loyens & Loeff. CK Capital Partners will be responsible for the ongoing asset management of the two buildings.
