NL real estate - Knight Frank advised Opprtunity Vastgoed (Accres Real Estate B.V.) on the sale of two logistics buildings in Lisse to HighBrook Investors and Proptimize.
The two buildings with a total of 57,836 sq m warehouse and 1,723 sq m office space are located at business park Dever, situated on the Vennestraat 13-15 and 17 in Lisse. The object is fully leased to C&A Nederland and Bijwaard Transport B.V.
