The property in Roosendaal is leased to Primark on a long-term basis. The storage space serves as a distribution center for France, Italy and Belgium.
Last summer it became clear that the German owner Dietz was interested in selling the complex on the Borchwerf business park. Dietz is the owner together with the Malaysia’s Employees Provident Fund.
