Extended the Graydon Netherlands B.V. lease agreement of c. 1,700 sq m of office space (3rd & 4th floor) as well as 26 parking spaces in the office building located at Hullenbergweg 250 in Amsterdam South East.

Graydon currently leases 5 floors in the building, as of November 2021 Graydon will dispose 3 floors of ​​c. 2,400 sq m, which will become available for lease again. The 2 other floors will be reintroduced with different types of projects to better shape the hybrid working, in which both work from the office and from home.
