Sold development “Antoni” in Delft.
The development combination SBB-Vink Bouw has sold the Hotel Antoni development in Delft to private investors. Hotel Antoni is part of a new multifunctional building with, among other things, residential units, workplaces, commercial space and a public underground bicycle shed. The development is located next to the Delft train station.
The building is already under construction and will be completed in Q3 2020. Antoni is part of the 'Van Leeuwenhoekkwartier' development in the Delft railway zone, which is undergoing an overall transformation into a multifunctional new urban area.
A long term lease agreement has been signed for the exploitation of the hotel, which will operate under the Ibis Styles label from Accor. Hotel Antoni has 82 rooms and acquires a central "plaza" under a large atrium in the courtyard of the building. A new, lively place in Delft will be created by the combination of commercial spaces, hotel, workplaces and restaurants, which are interconnected within the building with stairs, atriums and vides.
