Vermilion Energy has leased c. 820 sq m in Millennium Tower.

Nexus Real Estate has signed a new lease agreement of 5 years with Vermilion Energy for c. 820 sq m of office space on the 14th floor in the Millennium Tower building located at Radarweg in Amsterdam.

Vermilion Energy will move from the Amsterdam South Axis to Sloterdijk Westpoort. This business park currently mainly houses companies from the print, media and automotive sector. The area is on the eve of a major transformation and will undergo a development in the coming years into an urban area where there is room for working, staying and meeting. Investments are made in good facilities such as catering, conference space, shops and recreational facilities.

Vermilion Energy, a Dutch company with a Canadian parent company, is an important player in national natural gas extraction and has been in the Netherlands since 2004. Vermilion Energy specializes in locating and producing small natural gas fields and has the knowledge and expertise to ensure safe and responsible Dutch to extract natural gas. This gas is intended for Dutch households and companies.

With the move of Vermilion Energy in Millennium Tower, almost the entire building is leased on a long-term basis. C. 3,800 sq m of office space remains on the 6th and 15th floors for the lease. Several large tenants are already located in the Millennium Tower building, such as REED Elsevier, UWV and Gracenote. In the short term, the entrance hall of the building will undergo a high-quality renovation, whereby Nexus wishes to raise the quality of the building to an even higher level.
