Project developer Timpaan, investor Scheybeeck and construction company KBK have signed a Sale and Contract Agreement for a 39 unit apartment scheme in Velsen-Noord.

The building is part of a development by the name of Duinvliet, which consists of of 45 residences on the corner of Duinvlietstraat and Stratingplantsoen located in Velsen-Noord. The new scheme will be created at the location where the Triangel school used to be.

After the sale of the land by the Municipality in 2018, Timpaan developed the plan in close collaboration with the contractor. In addition to this 39 unit apartment building, the total scheme also includes 6 semidetached houses of which the private sale already has been successfully completed. The contractor for the plan is the construction company KBK from Volendam. Construction will start after summer.
