SHARE Building is a development of Reggeborgh Vastgoed, VolkerWessels, Delta Development Groep and G&S Vastgoed. The building has been sold to NEO Capital.

SHARE Building - a development with a total LFA of approximately 8,000 sqm of office space, spread over 4 floors - is the most recent office development at Park 20|20, a Cradle to Cradle optimized work environment in Hoofddorp.

The office building was designed by the renowned architectural firm William McDonough + Partners and N3O architects. The design of SHARE Building is BREEAM and WELL GOLD certified.

L'Oréal Netherlands has signed a long term lease agreement for more than 6,200 sqm LFA, making it the largest tenant of Share building.
