Schuberg Philis acquires office space in office building “Adriaan Volkerhuis” in Rotterdam.
Per 1 April 2022, Aroundtown has signed a long term lease agreement with Schuberg Philis of c. 1,110 sqm office space situated on the 12th floor of office building “Adriaan Volkerhuis” located at Oostmaaslaan 59-71 in Rotterdam as well as 25 parking spaces in adjacent parking garage.
Schuberg Philis is a Dutch IT company that focuses on ‘mission critical’ processes, in organizations that are essential for the business of their clients. Schuberg Philis exists 20 years and currently employs more than 400 people. The Adriaan Volkerhuis was designed by the architect Huig Maaskant and was completed in 1973. The unique building is located in Kralingen and previously served as the headquarters of Volker Stevin, which was founded in 1854 by Adriaan Volker. In total, the building comprises c. 17,500 sqm LFA office space and it has a spacious parking garage next to the building. After previous successful transactions and with new tenant Schuberg Philis, only c. 500 sqm of office space is available in the building.
