Seacon Logistics, Venlo

The recently completed sustainable distribution center of Seacon Logistics in Venlo has been sold to a family office through a sale & leaseback. The building has an area of approximately 50,000 sqm.

The state-of-the-art distribution center is located in a prominent location along the A67 and is used as a warehouse for the storage of solar panels. The building is situated in the Trafficport business park and is the last part of the (re)developed park, where an airport was once located. The asset has been developed from a sustainable perspective and has been delivered with a solar roof, BREEAM Very Good certification, A+++++ EPC label, and ecological facilities to promote flora and fauna, such as a green facade. Additionally, the design considered the possibility of renting to multiple tenants by creating three fully independently operating warehouse units.
