Hanzevast Holland 52 sold Oostweg 2 in Zoetermeer to Intospace.

Vastgoedfonds Hanzevast Holland 52 has sold the object located at Oostweg 2 in Zoetermeer to Intospace (part of Somerset Capital Partners B.V.). The parties will not make any further announcement about the purchase price.

Oostweg 2 has a total surface of approx. 43,658 sq m commercial and office space (10,913 sq m industrial space, 17,505 sq m mezzanine and 8,853 sq m office space). The building was previously used as the headquarters and distribution center of Miss Etam.

Tim Beckmann CEO of Intospace:

We have recently realized a number of great developments in the Zoetermeer/Bleiswijk region (including the DCs for Zalando and Jumbo) and see the A12 region as an interesting region for logistics companies oriented to the Randstad region. This location is ideal for sustainable redevelopment and fits perfectly within our strategy in which we prioritize the reuse of industrial sites over so-called new greenfield developments. We are currently investigating how we can best optimize the site in order to offer an optimal housing solution for one of our users in the short term.

Steven Delsman Directeur Vastgoed of Hanzevast:

Vastgoedfonds Hanzevast Holland 52, Hanzevast Capital, is satisfied with the sale. The property was the last of three warehouse and office properties owned since the establishment. The sale will enable the fund, which was established in 2004, to be settled in the coming period. Despite the bankruptcy of tenant Miss Etam, the sale has yielded a good result, giving private investors the prospect of an attractive final payment and the fund can be closed with an adequate result, despite the tumultuous crisis years.

Intospace was advised by SOLID. Attorneys. Vastgoedfonds Hanzevast Holland 52 was advised by NL Real Estate - Knight Frank and legally by TRIP Advocaten Notarissen.
