Max&Moore

Being and COD have signed a lease with the Dutch HR software specialist Textkernel for the multi-tenant office complex Max & Moore on the Asterweg in Amsterdam-Noord. The new office complex focuses on a healthy and nature-inclusive working environment, in which sustainability has a high priority. Textkernel signed an agreement for approximately 1466 sq m of office space on the second, third and fourth floors of the Moore building. There is still approximately 8,000 sq m  office space available in the office complex.

Max & Moore is centrally located in Amsterdam on the northwest side of the IJ, between EYE and the NDSM site, within cycling distance of Central Station and the city center. Mei Architects and planners designed two high-profile work buildings, which are interconnected by a green pergola bridge and shared meeting places. Max & Moore is equipped with the latest innovations in ventilation and air treatment. Green outdoor spaces, roof terraces and double-height winter gardens connect the buildings with the city and nature. On the ground floor users, visitors and local residents come together at the food and beverages department with a pleasant, sunny outdoor space.

Being and COD will soon deliver Max & Moore to a fund managed by Amundi Immobilier. NL real estate | Knight Frank has advised the landlord during the entire commercial process.
