The building was purchased by CORUM Eurion for an amount of € 46.5 million.

Kingsroad 101 is a special office building of c. 12,372 sqm  located along the railway in the center of Den Bosch. The building was built in 1980, but was completely renovated in 2014 and has a BREEAM certificate with a score of "Good". Due to the combination of glass and natural stone, the building blends harmoniously into its surroundings.

Brand Loyalty strives to create the perfect conditions for employees.
