ASR real estate has purchased the Rabobank office at Fellenoord 17 in Eindhoven on behalf of the ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund for approximately € 115 million. The modern sustainable office with a BREEAM Excellent certificate and A+++ energy label is located directly opposite Eindhoven Central Station.

The building was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm UNstudio and developed by EDGE for Rabobank. The office, completed in 2017, has a floor area of ​​25,645 sqm, 546 parking spaces and a bicycle shed. On the ground floor are various facilities and a beautiful atrium. Around this atrium are the eight floors of an average of 2800 sqm l.f.a. and a generous ceiling height of three meters. The climate ceilings can be regulated per zone and ensure a pleasant working climate.

The sustainable character of the building is reflected in the BREEAM Excellent certificate and the A+++ energy label. The building is equipped with a thermal energy storage system and solar panels. As a result of these facilities, the building has a relatively low energy consumption.

The office is fully and long-term leased to Rabobank, but due to the set-up with multiple entrances and cores, it is also very well suited to accommodate several tenants in the future.
