CORPUS SIREO Real Estate acquires Haagsche Hof in The Hague.

 

The Hague is one of the most well-known political capitols in Europe and the third largest city in the Netherlands. Haagsche Hof, located in the historical city centre of The Hague, is within walking distance to the Dutch Parliament and central high street. The surrounding area is primarily mixed-use historical buildings and due to the close proximity to government institutions, dominated by law offices and NGO’s. The five-storey Haagsche Hof was built in the 1990s and is one of the few modern office buildings in the vicinity. Haagsche Hof, at Parkstraat 83, encompasses a modern office building located in the city centre of The Hague.

The asset includes 10,811 sq m lettable area, with 2,971 sq m of office space, 307 sq m archive and 298 parking spaces. The space is ca. 89% let with a WALT of 5 years. Tenants include Regus Management GmbH, amongst others.
