FOZ Building

Tribes has signed a long term lease agreement of c. 2,266 sqm of office space in the FOZ building at the Amsterdam Southaxis. Tribes will move into the 3rd and 4th floor per Q1 2023. With Tribes, FOZ building is fully let.

In 2015 Tribes opened its first location in Eindhoven. Then in Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Rotterdam. Tribes has 7 branches in the Amsterdam capital! And with the arrival in the FOZ building, Amsterdam will have eight by 2023!

FOZ building

The FOZ building was designed by Foreign Office Architects, but was taken over as a project and developed by Van den Oever Zaaijer & Partners. The total area is c. 10,300 sqm office space and 2,400 sqm general facilities. FOZ has large floors. There are two entrances and two cores with elevators and stairwells, resulting in the complex being fairly easy to split into two separate office parts. The parking garage under the building provides direct access to the offices.

NL asset management has been appointed on behalf of the owner for the asset management of the building.
