STX Commodities has signed a long-term lease for approx. 5,000 sq.m.

STX COMMODITIES B.V
Per July 2023 STX has leased 5,000 sqm of office space on the ground-, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor and 36 parking spaces in the Crossover building for a period of 10,5 years. STX is a market maker in environmental commodities and hence provides market access and liquidity in both liquid and illiquid commodities like renewable energy, biofuels, energy efficiency and carbon markets.

CROSSOVER BUILDING
Landlord Crossover is owner of several (sub) apartment rights consisting office space, residential units and commercial space in the Crossover building. The high quality building will be ready in Q2 2023 and will have a BREEAM outstanding label and a WELL V2 Core Silver certification. This certification standard focuses specifically on the health and well-being of the users of the building. Crossover proves that it is possible to combine great architecture with the highest ambition in the area of sustainability, well-being, energy and efficiency.
