PPHE Hotel Group

PPHE Hotel Group (PPHE) has signed a lease agreement of c. 709 sq m office space situated on the 9th floor of office building “Motion” located at Radarweg 60 in Amsterdam. PPHE is currently located at the Amsterdam South Axis and will move to Amsterdam Sloterdijk in December.

PPHE Hotel Group is an international hospitality real estate company, with a £1.7 billion portfolio (valued as of summer of 2019) of primarily prime freehold and long leasehold assets in Europe. PPHE is one of the largest hotel owners / operators of hotels in central London and the group is active in the Dutch market with four hotels in Amsterdam and hotels in Utrecht and Eindhoven. In the last two years in Amsterdam and Utrecht, the group has invested over £ 35 million in the renovation and repositioning of several hotels. The current portfolio in Europe consists of 38 hotels and resorts with around 8,800 rooms and 8 campsites with 6,000 camping pitches and accommodations. Expansion of the group is planned with two new hotels in London and one in New York.
