Lotus A & B

Capreon, the Noé Group real estate business, has purchased Lotus A&B located in Rotterdam. This is the second European deal since firm was formed following departure from BMO REP

Lotus A&B is composed of two highly visible and prominently office buildings with a total lettable floor area of 17,301 sqm of office space located in Rotterdam Alexander. A multifunctional stabilized office location with a railway station within walking distance. Developed by OVG Real Estate and designed by Cees Dam & Partners, the Property was delivered in 2006-2007.

The acquisition is a part of Capreon’s wider European strategy. The Netherlands office market is performing well and with Lotus A&B currently 86% let to strong tenants, the firm is confident of continued robust returns. The property offers Capreon asset management opportunities, reaffirming its commitment of being an active, hands-on property firm.
