DC Miles Waalwijk

The Standard Life Investments European Property Growth Fund has exchanged contracts with Dutch developer, Roozen & Van Hoppe Bouw Ontwikkeling B.V., to forward purchase a 26,932 sq m logistics centre development for c. €19 million in Waalwijk, the Netherlands.

This brand new state-of-the-art logistics property – branded DC Miles Waalwijk – is currently available to let, with the development due to complete in Q3 2018. It will be certified to the BREEAM Netherlands ‘Very Good’ standards, and includes 19,930 sq m of warehouse space, a 5,973 sq m mezzanine, 1,029 sq m of office space, and parking for 266 cars.

DC Miles Waalwijk is based on the Haven IIV Business Park, conveniently located on motorway A59 – one of the main east-west logistics corridors in the Netherlands.
