Q2 2022 Key findings:

• City house prices outperformed their national counterparts but neither saw the sudden downturn many anticipated.

• Of the 150 cities tracked, 138 registered an increase in house prices in the year to Q2 2022

• On average prices across the 150 cities tracked are rising at an annual rate of 11.7%, up from 11.5% last quarter

• Miami is the top-performing city in the US with annual price growth of 34%

• Wellington in New Zealand recorded the largest decline in house prices, down 12% in the year to Q2 2022
