Keyfindings:
Amsterdam: Low vacany of 4.5% meant that take-up in Amsterdam slightly moderated in 2021
The Hague: Less deals on the open market the first half of the year
Rotterdam: Robust demand in 2021 saw occupier activity remain in line with the previous
year, driven by leasing transactions between 200 sqm and 1,000 sqm
Utrecht: Occupier demand in Utrecht was bolstered by a strong second half of the year
