New tenant Vibe building

A long-term lease has been concluded between Lotus Cars Europe (part of the multinational Geely Holding Group) and the owner of the Vibe building. Lotus Cars will thus move its European headquarters from Norfolk to Amsterdam at the Q4 2022.

 Lotus Cars

Lotus Cars, known for racing cars and luxury sports cars, announced its ambitious plans to produce only electric cars from 2028 in April last year. Lotus Cars Europe will offer 100% electric high-performance SUVs and sports cars to the European market.

 Vibe building

The Vibe building was built in 1997 for Nissan Europe and used as an industrial garage. In 2006 the building was completely renovated by the current owner into a high-end Urban Office, with an inviting and striking creative/industrial appearance.
