SEGRO purchased a grade-A logistics building at Vossenberg business park in Tilburg from abrdn.
The property, built in 2018, is located at Gesworenhoekseweg 2 and is a warehouse of approximately 36,500 sqm. Of the total area, approximately 31,900 sqm is warehouse space, approximately 1,400 sqm is office space and approximately 3,200 sqm is mezzanine space. It is BREEAM Very Good In-Use certified and currently leased to Tesla. In addition to this unit, Tesla is leasing two other logistics buildings in the Vossenberg industrial park, one of which is owned by SEGRO.
Tilburg is known as one of the most important logistics hubs in the Netherlands and won the award for the number one logistics hotspot for four consecutive years, from 2019 to 2022.
