Schuberg Philis B.V. has acquired the office and commercial building “Pegasus” located at Boeingavenue 255-271 at Schiphol-Rijk from Marathon.

Until the purchase of building “Pegasus”, Schuberg Philis was tenant in the building. The building consists of c. 7,625 sqm of office- and warehouse space as well as 121 parking spaces.

Schuberg Philis is a Dutch IT company and was founded in 2000 by 3 partners and currently employs more than 400 people. Schuberg Philis focuses on mission critical processes, in environments that are essential for the business of their customers.

The Vendor, a fund affiliated with MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP, the European subsidiary of New York- headquartered Marathon Asset Management LP,- was advised by EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD REIM (Benelux) B.V. and legally assisted by Loyens & Loeff.
