NLdoet dag 2024

April 15th our team was doing volunteer work at the ZilverEsdoorn Foundation as a belated “NLdoet dag”. We rolled up our sleeves and got busy around the house. We installed fences, created a pétanque court, and gave the garden a spring makeover.

ZilverEsdoorn is a detached house in Hoofddorp with a spacious garden where 9 young adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities live as independently as possible. Each resident has their own room and can find warmth, companionship, and familiarity in the shared living space.

With NL foundation, we dedicate ourselves to activities and projects that promote the social, emotional, and personal development of young adults and encourage their participation in Dutch society. We believe everyone deserves a place like ZilverEsdoorn!
