Eichholtz is a Dutch brand known for its high-quality and luxurious furnishings and accessories and was founded in 1992 by Theo Eichholtz. Eichholtz is dedicated to sustainability, and the brand uses eco-friendly materials and production methods wherever possible.The basement and the first floor will be used as showroom and retail space. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be used as residential space.
