STRAWINSKY
Strawinsky is a spectacular redevelopment, in the heart of Amsterdam's South Axis at Prinses Amaliastraat 1-3. The building has a total lettable floor area of 9,135 sqm, spread over 5 floors and features its own parking garage and a green roof terrace. This unique boutique office forms a link between Old South on one side and the bustling South Axis on the other. The light and open office spaces, equipped with large windows, ceiling islands and a free height of over 3 meters, distinguish Strawinsky from the imposing office buildings in the immediate vicinity.

The building was developed by Flow Real Estate and Egeria Real Estate Development. MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH owns the building.

NEW SIGNATURE FLEX OFFICE
The demand for hybrid working is skyrocketing.
