Remake Asset Management has acquired a logistics site through a sale-and-leaseback arrangement from a Dutch wholesaler specializing in garden wood and related products such as log cabins, canopies, and saunas.

The logistics site serves as the headquarters and covered storage facility for the wholesaler, situated on the border between the Netherlands and Germany, with the Dutch part located in Coevorden. The site covers an area of approximately 200,000 square meters, including a warehouse of around 7,000 square meters and a covered storage space of approximately 54,000 square meters.
