Living landscape Leyhoeve

Heitman, one of the world’s leading real estate investment managers, announces that it has acquired living landscape Leyhoeve in Tilburg, The Netherlands from Bonita Group.

The living landscape Leyhoeve in Tilburg is the second senior living apartments that Heitman purchased from Bonita Group. Leyhoeve in Tilburg comprises 200 luxurious senior living apartments and 85 care units. The living landscape also benefits from a private pool, SPA, several bars/restaurants and several other amenities such as a hairdresser.
