DAZN (part of Perform Group) has signed a new lease agreement (c. 3,246 sq m) with Bridges Real Estate at Huidekoperstraat 26-28 in Amsterdam, better known as the Huidekoper building, for a period of 10 years. Tenant DAZN is a media group, leading in the field of digital sports content. The new location in Huidekoper will be their European Development Center.

Furthermore JetBrains acquired c. 2,422 sq m office space at Huidekoper. Tenant JetBrains is a global software vendor specializing in the creation of intelligent, productivity-enhancing tools for software developers.
