Max&Moore

Being and COD have signed a lease agreement in the office complex Max & Moore on the Asterweg in Amsterdam-North. It concerns approximately 2,600 sqm of office space on the fifth, sixth and seventh floor of the Max building.

MAX & MOORE

Max & Moore is located in a central location in Amsterdam on the northwest side of the IJ, between EYE and the NDSM terrain. Mei Architects and Planners designed the two distinctive office buildings, which are connected by a green pergola bridge and shared meeting spaces. Max & Moore prioritizes a healthy and nature-inclusive work environment, with sustainability as a high priority. Amongst others, the building facade is made out of solar panels. The office complex is equipped with the latest innovations in ventilation and air treatment. Green outdoor spaces, roof terraces and double-height winter gardens connect the buildings with the city and nature.

TENANTS

Out of the 9,800 square meters of office space, 3,000 square meters of office space is still available for rent in Max & Moore. Team V, &Klevering and Rapid Circle have previously chosen this location for their new headquarters. NL Real Estate | Knight Frank has assisted the owner throughout the entire commercial process. CBRE acted as broker on behalf of the tenant. Max & Moore is a development of Being and COD. The office complex is owned by funds managed by Amundi Immobilier. Sienna Real Estate is responsible for Asset Management. CBRE and NL real estate are responsible for leasing Max & Moore.
